Parallel Ready Position
  1. Step the right foot back into a left back stance and double knife hand block.
  2. Step the left 180 degrees to the rear into a left front stance and right reverse outer forearm block.
  3. Front punch.
  4. Step the left foot to the right, right hook kick to the front.
  5. Land in a left back stance and right elbow strike to the front.
  6. Shift the right foot forward into a right front stance and left forearm strike.
  7. Left turning side kick.
  8. Land in a right back stance and double knife hand block low to the rear.
  9. Turn the left foot to the front into a left front stance and wedge block.
  10. Step the right foot forward into a right front stance and twin vertical punch.
  11. Pivot into a left front stance and right scoop block.
  12. Pivot into a middle stance, left punch.
  13. Right punch.
  14. Step the right foot back into a left back stance and left cross block to the front.
  15. Spin the left foot 180 degrees and double knife hand block to the front in a right back stance.
  16. Step the right foot 180 degrees to the rear into a right front stance and reverse outer forearm block.
  17. Front punch.
  18. Step the right foot to the left, left hook kick to the front.
  19. Land in a right back stance and left elbow strike.
  20. Shift the left foot forward into a left front stance and right forearm strike.
  21. Right turning side kick.
  22. Land in a left back stance and double knife hand block low to the rear.
  23. Turn the right foot forward into a right front stance and wedge block.
  24. Step the left foot forward into a left front stance and twin vertical punch.
  25. Pivot away into a right front stance and left scoop block.
  26. Pivot into a middle stance and right punch.
