  7. Land forward in a right front stance and reverse punch.
  8. Front punch.
  9. Two step turn into a left back stance and left inner forearm block.
  10. Step the left foot back into a right front stance and right low block.
  11. Step the right foot back into a left front stance and left high block.
  12. Reverse punch.
  13. Right front snap kick, land forward in a right front stance.
