  1. Step the right foot up into a parallel stance and right punch to the shoulder.
  2. Left punch to the shoulder.
  3. Step the left foot back into a right back stance and right low block – left back fist.
  4. Shift the right foot into a right front stance and left cross block.
  5. Front punch.
  6. Right spin hook kick to the opposite direction.
  7. Land in a middle stance and right back fist.
  8. Step the left foot up into a parallel stance and left punch to the shoulder.
  9. Right punch to the shoulder.
  10. Step the right foot back into a left back stance and double knife hand block.
  11. Step the left foot over the right foot, turning 180 degrees, and right reverse scoop block in a left front stance.
  12. Front punch.
  13. Step the left foot back to the right foot and right side kick to the front.
  14. Land forward in a right front stance and reverse punch. KI-HAP
Left foot returns.
