  1. Step the right foot forward, turning 90 degrees into a middle stance and right cross block.
  2. Right backfist.
  3. Right turning side kick 90 degrees to the right.
  4. Left turning side kick, land in a right back stance facing the opposite direction and rising spear hand X-block.
  5. Step forward into left front stance and twin rising palm heel strike.
  6. Two step turn to the right, land in a right front stance, right high block.
  7. Left punch. KI-HAP
Left foot returns.
