Parallel Ready Position

  1. Shift the left foot into a middle stance and left pressing punch.
  2. Right punch.
  3. Left punch.
  4. Step the left foot to the right and step the right foot out into a middle stance and right pressing punch.
  5. Left punch.
  6. Right punch.
  7. Shift the right foot 45 degrees to the left into a right front stance and right inner forearm block.
  8. Left front snap kick.
  9. Land in a left front stance and left punch.
  10. Right punch.
  11. Turn the left foot approximately 45 degrees from the front into a left front stance and left inner forearm block.
  12. Right front snap kick.
  13. Land in a right front stance and right punch.
  14. Left punch.
  15. Shift the right foot 45 degrees to the right and right hooking block, pressing from a middle stance to a right front stance.
  16. Left hooking block.
  17. Right punch.
  18. Step forward and left hooking block, pressing from a middle stance into a left front stance.
  19. Right hooking block.
  20. Left punch.
  21. Step forward into a right front stance and right punch. KI-HAP
  22. Left turning side kick.
  23. Land in a left front stance and right forearm strike into the left palm.
  24. Step the left foot to the right into a close stance and guard to the rear.
  25. Right side kick to the rear.
  26. Land in a right front stance and left forearm strike into the right palm.
