Parallel Ready Position
- Shift the left foot into a middle stance and left pressing punch.
- Right punch.
- Left punch.
- Step the left foot to the right and step the right foot out into a middle stance and right pressing punch.
- Left punch.
- Right punch.
- Shift the right foot 45 degrees to the left into a right front stance and right inner forearm block.
- Left front snap kick.
- Land in a left front stance and left punch.
- Right punch.
- Turn the left foot approximately 45 degrees from the front into a left front stance and left inner forearm block.
- Right front snap kick.
- Land in a right front stance and right punch.
- Left punch.
- Shift the right foot 45 degrees to the right and right hooking block, pressing from a middle stance to a right front stance.
- Left hooking block.
- Right punch.
- Step forward and left hooking block, pressing from a middle stance into a left front stance.
